Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier availability. Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information if available. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Returns / Refunds
All sales are final. Items purchased from us are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund once the transaction is completed. Please make sure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Trade-Ins
Trade-ins are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date only. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold and include all original parts, accessories, and packaging if applicable. We reserve the right to deny any trade-in that shows signs of damage, misuse, or missing components.
